There is a $0 deductible in the event of a claim. You can also cancel ANYTIME with written notice to your storage facility, and any unused premium will be refunded to you.

MiniCo will pay for the direct physical loss or damage to the insured property caused by or resulting from any of the following covered causes of loss.

  • Fire

  • Lightning

  • Explosion

  • Smoke damage

  • Windstorm

  • Hail

  • Cyclone, tornado, hurricane

  • Weight of ice, snow, or sleet

  • Earthquake or volcanic eruption

  • Sinkhole collapse

  • Landslide

  • Water damage (excludes flood)

  • Burglary (visible forced entry)

  • Riots, vandalism, or malicious mischief

  • Aircraft or vehicles

  • Falling objects

  • Collapse of buildings or any part thereof

  • Rodent or vermin damage (up to $500)
